The 16th of September, 1958, Jennifer Tilly was born in Los Angeles in extremely substandard situations. Her father worked as a salesman, while her mother was a school teacher. Jennifer, the second of her family's four children, frequently attended her mother to performances in the theater and was very impressed with her. Jennifer's father and mother separated at age five. Jennifer resided in British Columbia for most of her early years when her mother and remaining four kids moved to the province. Jennifer didn't get a good education, despite being a talented young person. In Canadian schools, her experiences led to her being the frequent target of bullies. As she entered high school, her enthusiasm for theater started to diminish. To combat her loss of interest, her mother encouraged to take part as an extra in several productions. She was inspired by her mom to inspire all the kids in her family to develop a passion for and interest for art. Then, she took action.
